The location and the friendly staff. Super clean.
I arrived late at night and the hotel did not have the restaurant open for at least a snack. Or maybe a machine from where one can buy a coffee or tea. The mattress was too soft.

Extremely enjoyable and comfortable stay.
The location was close to transport, metro station, tram and buses, some restaurants and Hofer supermarket close by also approximately 15 mins walk to several tourist attractions such as St Stephens Cathedral, Hofberg Palace, Rathaus. The Hotel room was small - but that was expected as it is Europe - quiet and very clean, breakfast was more than adequate, with juices, cereal, eggs, cheeses and a selection of meats and antipasto, bread, jams fresh fruit and tea or coffee. There is a lift and the staff were very happy and helpful with a 24 hour reception, would definitely stay here again. Thank you to all the staff
